I'm a nervous wreck right now. I'm currently working for an agency in my field that pays pretty decently that I've been with for five years. It's becoming more and more of a pressure cooker and I end up not getting home to my DD until about 5. She's starting kindergarten in the fall and I desperately want to be home to get her off the bus so I canhear about her day, help with homework, etc. My old job just called and want me to come back. They pay awfully and I was always thinking when I worked there that the agency wouldn't stay viable forever because it is run (business wise) poorly. But it's close to home, laid back and flexible hours so I can be with dd a lot more. DH is supportive but I don't want to have to start worrying about money. Plus feel selfish that I wouldn't be working as hard as dh. WWYD? [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]
