DH has been working megahours but under bad conditions, went out for drinks tonight with colleagues (to discuss new head of dept who's a Micromanager). He's making good $ but getting calls from recruiters to take another job. we need to buy a house next year and I see the crap he puts up with at work, always stressed out, leaving for work tomorrow 6 am. In the meantime, I've gotten a better job $ with more flexibility and I am feeling his stress more and more. WWYD?? He should interview for the job but now I'm earning 4x what he does and I'm starting to wonder if he's just afraid of change? [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]
