I useto suffer from anxiety but didnt want to take any meds. Just took St. John's wort and my vitamins. I would try to control it with my mind. [ Reply | More

I have been on and off Zoloft over the years. My OB/gyn has suggested I try Lexapro if I need to go back on. I've also had to take atavan and/or lunesta during really bad periods. I'm med free at the moment and hoping to stay that way for a while! If you have a really serious condition, I suggest reading Noonday Demons for some perspective. [ Reply | More
