Don't know what it could be. DH has had these symptoms for a while now: depression, low physical and mental energy, irritability, and a puffy face - that's the weird part. Sometimes his face is really bloated, sometimes normal (1/2 the size of the puffy face). He also recently stopped drinking, not like he was a huge drinker, but he always thought maybe drinking made his face swell up. Not so. Today he puffed up, then tonight was normal. What could it be?
