So after waiting for a long time to rent our summer house for the first two weeks of August we had two interested tenants in one 24 hr period last week. I committed to the first part and was told the lease would be at the broker on Monday. Well it's Friday and it's still "in the mail" The second family is still interested and since it's only 5 weeks away and represents $10k in income for us (dh is unemployed)I am trying to keep them interested. When would you give up on the first family? I am tempted to start the process with the 2nd family this weekend. tia [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]
