Then let me tell you my experience selling them real estate. They know everything - there is nothing you can tell them and furthermore they are going to explain the market to me and tell me why they predict mortgage rates will be X...there is simply no shame, no sense of place or any understanding of heirarchy or business etiquette. np: my cousin is a GenY er and she is so damn bratty. Both parents died before she was 15yr old. Her 3 older brothers and sister raised her, did everything for her..so did extended family. She never wanted to work but wanted everything on a silver platter. She turns around and recently told them they never did anything for her and didn't appreciate her enough. cut her slack? I'm her oldest cousin and we did everything for her to make that time easier..her sibs did everything..sent her to college, she didn't have to work while in school. I helped raise her..she's spoiled. There was so much of a free pass she got because of what she's gone through. Her sibs all lost their parents too and none are like this.
