anyone have advice? My 3 month old cannot stay up past 6:00pm. She totally freaks if I try to make her. So, she gets up at 12:00am to eat(from 6pm-12:00am sleeps) but then wakes at 4am and is pretty awake. Should I wake her in the evening like at 8:00pm and try to keep he rup for like an hour or two to see if this helps? [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

what time do you feed her in the evening? what if you give her a bath at like 7:30 and then feed her again at 8 - that will at least keep her up for an hour before you put her down for the night. [ Reply | More ]

With my DB going to sleep later never made her sleep in later. I guess you could try it, but it sounds like it might mess up her current natural bedtime schedule - 6pm sounds reasonable for a 3mo. And sleeping 6-12 is pretty good. [ Reply | More ]
