dh! he think because he picked up some crap for ds' b'day party tomorrow he has done all the work. wtf- i bust my butt around the apt all the time. so he bought some balloons and oredered thomas the train stuff online. big deal! [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

a dh: I do best when I know what is expected. I'll sit down with dw and make a list of what need to be done for... whatever. Then I say, "I'll but the booze tonight, shop Friday after work and cook on Saturday." Or whatever. That way she knows what I'm doing and if she has an issue she can add more. If your dh is not doing the list, make a list of what needs to get done and ask him to go over it and let you know what he'll do. The time to make the list is a good investment in your sanity and it makes the party easier, too. [ Reply | More
