Hijack to post about paying PT nanny: We have a babysitter who comes 2days a week for 4hrs/day. (DH or I are usually WFH and she's there to watch baby so we can actually work)She'll often cancel at the very last minute (we're ok with this since we're already home and sh'es great with DB). And she sometimes can't come at all bc DC that she's the primary nanny for need her that day. In this case, if you are on vacation, do you pay her for the 2days? [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]
