Hello! Pardon the interruption, but my name is Ylan, and I'm a reporter at The Washington Post. I'm writing because I'm working on a story about fuel surcharges cropping up across a wide variety of industries -- from the a/c repairman charging $10 to come out to pizza delivery no longer being free to even baby sitters raising their costs because of high gas prices.
