dh visited his SILs this week. on his way home, he said to me that he thinks there have bene a lot of miscommunications over the years bt them and me and they're prob ready to move past them. i realized, i have to decide whether I even want to be with him bc bothering with his sisters. i say be true to your feelings; there's probably a good reason(s) why you've felt that way about them for some time. does your dh think that your sils are being bigger persons for wanting to move past things? why don't they just come out to you and apologize then? Things are rocky between my dh and i and my IL's and his sil, sil, have a lot to do with that; but in any case the dh's should always stand by your side. you're ready when YOU'RE ready to move past things. try cutting them out of the equation for now.
