i have someone in mind to babysit for me on the weekends (have 4 kids and need extra help). i asked for both days in the ad and found someone who would work both days. when talking to her, i mentioned that we might go out of town occasionally, and /or might not need her on an occasional saturday or sunday. she then asked to still be paid on those days. is this normal? she is only part time.
