I hate being a wohm...most nights I get home and I rush to make dinner and dd is so tired from her day that she wants to veg out and watch tv. she is tired from her day of fun with the nanny. Feel like I lost my connection with my dd. Also, pregnant and try so hard to have energy for her. I want to make sure we have time on the weekend, but we are always busy with family stuff. can't wait for vacation--I'm hating my life these days. I need to work so I have to figure out a way to re connect with my 4 yo [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

The sad part is that now my son is 6 and very loving and sweet still but I find he wants to spend more time with friends and I am less of a priority to him was when he was 4 and I was his world. [ Reply | More ]

What do you mean "busy with family stuff?" I think that's the key sentence right there. Figure out if you really need to be doing that family stuff, try to cut back on it. [ Reply | More ]
