My sisters wedding will be 7 mo after I give birth. On target to gain about 30 lbs. Would like to lose 40 for the wedding. Will be breastfeeding (I hope). Can I do it sensibly, on weight watchers with a bit of exercise? [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

totally doable. I'm a big lady and lost 30lbs for my sisters weddding in 3mo on LA weightloss. I was 1 yr PP and until I got on that plan, the weightloss (40lbs from pg) was going very slow [ Reply | More ]

WW is great!! I gave birth end of october. I had gained a total of 30lbs. 15lbs just came off postpartum in 7 weeks - doing nothing, no diet or exercise. I lost 20 more lbs on ww in about 4 months. I have hit a little plateu now, but I am still plugging away and hope to lose another 15. GL! [ Reply | More ]
