I have an interview next week and it's with the HR person instead of the director of the dept. What type of interview should I expect? Being grilled from a list of questions like where do I want to be in five years? [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

thanks. any other advice? It's for a management position in my field so I'm not sure if I should emphasize supervision of people and/or take on a certain persona. I get so worn out by these interviews that are so different from the job I'd actually have to do. [ Reply | More ]

HR will ask questions like, What was your experience at your previous company, are you a yeam play if so why, why are you leaving current job. We just want to ensure you are a good fit for the dept and company. I do this at least 3x a week. [ Reply | More ]
