how so? C&C admits kids on a whole range of factors. NEST is all about how well the kid will score on standardized tests. Period. [ Reply | More

Actually, I'd prefer the NEST peer group but the nurturing, high teacher student ratio of C&C. Not sure if dc is a progressive learner so not sure C&C is right but don't think it will hurt for elementary years. [ Reply | More

C&C. We chose C&C over Nest but didn't like NEST for our dc and so happy we made the right choice. Small classes (14 kids in K), 2 teachers in the classroom plus the specials teachers (music, art, movement). The community is very down to earth so the snob factor isn't there (many assume all privates are snooty). NEST is much closer but it was a no brainer for us. YOu know your dc best. [ Reply | More
