Does anyone know what the situation is with G&T admissions after K - are there spots available in the later years, or is it far fewer. Wondering if we opt out how easy/hard it is to opt back in after K. [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

Probably very hard for citywides. Regarding your district programs, it really depends what district you're in and how popular the programs are. [ Reply | More ]

It's almost impossible to opt back in after first grade. They generally do not create new seats in a G&T class, they simply fill seats that open up when a DC leaves the program, so if no one moves or changes schools in a given year, there are no open seats to fill. [ Reply | More ]
