Anyone here in the PTA at Anderson? Is there an opportunity for the new K parents to get involved? Have elections already taken place for next year? Sorry to seem too eager, but just very excited to get involved! [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

Yes there is lots of opportunity to get involved. Elections have taken place and I'm not sure if they hold certain spots for K parents. It is helpful to become involved right off the bat in K because you get to see a little more of what is going in the class amd potentially a little more contact with the teacher. [ Reply | More

I am an Anderson parent. There is definitely tons of opportunity for new K parents to get involved in the PTA and the school--there are all kind of events and the PTA is always looking for volunteers. Elections have taken place for things like PTA president, but there is still plenty of opportunity. And, welcome! [ Reply | More
