why not write a letter first..there you can pour your heart out without her hanging up on you. I'm sure she will read it. Then tell her you would love to contact her and give her your number or email. Let her make the decision [ Reply | More

I don't see why not. I think anything written from the heart will just be that BUT be aware, an email from you could go in to her spam folder or she will not recognize the email address and delete you. I would handwrite a letter [ Reply | More
