Renovations:Changing contractors but want to use the tradesmen he introduced. What are the chances they will accept the job if we approached them directly? Like contractor but he needs to delay the project due to over-commitment. We can't afford to wait for him. We liked one of the tradesmen (and his quotes!) and want to hire him. op:yes, that's what I thought. Not sure if even worth trying? But you're right that he's not going to want to get on bad terms with the contractor even if I explain the situation. Back to searching for a cabinet maker... [ Reply | More ]
