Renovations:Changing contractors but want to use the tradesmen he introduced. What are the chances they will accept the job if we approached them directly? Like contractor but he needs to delay the project due to over-commitment. We can't afford to wait for him. We liked one of the tradesmen (and his quotes!) and want to hire him.
