Someone please help. My 23 mo boy is hitting, pinching and biting me whenever he doesnt get his way or I'm not paying 100% attention to him (like if I'm on the phone or something). I know this is a phase. I'm trying time outs but when we're out and about I cant do it. I say "no hit!" but nothing seems to be working. I look like an accident victim, I seriously have bruises.
