house was originally priced around 700k. been on the market for months. changed brokers. now listed at 565. i think it's still very overpriced adn wouldn't be worth more than 420k to us. would you offer that amount that you thought it was worth and were willing to pay? or would you not bother at all b/c it's so far off their asking price? charming house but pretty small. right next to the railroad tracks. basement is not usable. it was owned by an older couple and the yard is small but just right for sitting in a little lawnchair among the flowers. not great yard for me b/c i want space for dcs to run around. [ Reply | More
