Hi fashion moms on a budget - if you were to buy a great "designer" bag under a grand, which would you choose? It's time to treat myself (cause no one else is gonna do it). [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

Bottega (but I believe it's up to $1200 for the smaller hobo) or Balenciaga (was super trendy at one point, but now I think it's just "cool" -- and there are plenty of styles). [ Reply | More ]

You can get a nice, basic Tods bag for under a grand. I think they are practical and classic [ Reply | More ]

I like some Ferragamo bags. They would take you from season to season without looking dated or trendy. Unfortunately, only the smaller ones are under a grand. [ Reply | More ]

I would up my budget a little bit and buy a classic chanel. So many of the other lines vary from year to year and the high fashion people will look at your bag and call it "dated" [ Reply | More ]
