Why are the people at that toy store on 2nd Ave (UES) so RUDE and NASTY? Promises Fulfilled. I will NEVER go there again. [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

I don't know this store, but I find the owners and workers in many small businesses to be unhelpful and so unenthusiastic. You'd think in the day and age of internet shopping and mega chains, small businesses would make it their priority to provide great service. But alas, I find they don't seem to care. [ Reply | More

Went in there a couple of times a year or so ago and haven't rushed back. They have some good stuff but for one thing the shop is totally stroller unfriendly. The staff weren't that friendly either. [ Reply | More
