Did you pick up your 30 lb or more toddler when newly pregnant? I try not to but it is almost impossible not to at time. [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

yep. didn't even try to not pick them up. it is impossible. but also didn't know that i wasn't supposed to pick them up? if anything, I feel that now at 30 weeks pg, I should do less picking up, but again...so impossible. [ Reply | More ]

yes, no choice really. I think it's more of an issue as I get bigger. OB just continues to stress using my legs, not my back. [ Reply | More ]

bend with your knees, keep your back as straight as possible. worst possible way to lift is to bend at the waist and keep your legs straight. [ Reply | More ]
