New principal came in last year. It divided the entire school community parents and teachers. The staff is so unhappy. It truly is so sad. It was a great school with such potential. [ Reply | More

The parents should demand that the principal meets the teacher/students needs. Be proactive it sound like the school still has a chance if the parents are willing to get involved enough [ Reply | More

that's just it - most of us have backed off - it's never ending. It was so bad - parents who were friends no longer talking and the staff is the same way. I can't imagine who thinks this is a good place to be. The scores for testing are still good, but that's because that's all they do now in the beginning of the year - TEST PREP. [ Reply | More

What has changed with the school (besides test prep)? There can be some growing pains with a new principal because most people are resistant to change, good or bad. It's hard to be rational and analyze whether the changes are for the good or not. And the rumors, backtalk etc. BTDT. It's exhausting. But eventually people settle down and hopefully there's a net gain all around. [ Reply | More

The SLT fills out a review form. The parents are also asked to fill out that survey that comes in the green envelope. Perhaps you all can use that to draw attention to your unhappiness. [ Reply | More
