Are Maplewood and South Orange basically the same town or is there an advantage to one over the other? And, how are real estate prices doing over there? TIA. [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

not the same but very close to one another. I think maplewood is more 'established' so property taxes are higher. Both have train stations to get you to the city, which is good. the whole area and neighboring towns are great (west caldwell, verona, west orange, etc). [ Reply | More ]

I'm shopping for a house now in Millburn and prices are finally starting to come down. Probably the same in Maplewood/SO. [ Reply | More ]
