My neighbor comes home from work and starts working on his deck banging hammers and s***. It's 7 o'clock in the evening, our dd is trying to sleep. Who does this? Is it just me or is the protocol to do this type of work in the morning or weekends? [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

OP: Wow really? That is messed up. So we've got to suffer with these hammers and electric saws until 9pm? I guess there is no sacred quiet time then. [ Reply | More ]
