i've stopped bf'ing for about a month - but wasn't diligent about it to begin with. db has mostly had formula with some bf'ing here and there and is now three months old. i notice i am still producing a little but not enough for any engorgement. can i still pick it up? not sure if this makes a difference but i'm menstruating.
