Yes. Slapped cheeks at first about a month ago, that then spread to my arms and fronts of legs. It went away. The joint pain got worse and worse, couldn't go up and down stairs. All swollen, esp. my knees. Have your doctor give you an anti-inflammatory while you wait for results. It's helping a bit. [ Reply | More

My boss has Fifth's and it was really debilitating for her. Her neuropathy was so bad she finally took early retirement. Its scary how much more serious it is for grown ups then for kids. [ Reply | More

No, that's the thing. It crept up slowly, so it wasn't until I couldn't move that I realized how bad it was, if that makes any sense. I had a vague idea maybe it was the flu and forgot I felt crappy for nearly a month. [ Reply | More
