DH's snoring is killing me. I can't take it any more. We already use those strips and he sleeps up on a wedge. Any other ideas? Feel like I might divorce him otherwise. Completely serious (and sleep deprived and pg) at the moment. [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

Can you sleep in separate rooms? Sounds better than divorce. [ Reply | More ]

he needs to go be evaluated for sleep apnea - and he will likely need one of those machines that forces air in gently through his nose while he sleeps. but he will feel thousands of times better. as will you ;-) [ Reply | More ]

My DH needed a CPAP machine. I keeps airway open and also retrains the body to breathe properly while sleeping. He no longer needs it every night, just a few nights a week (if he is really tired or has a cold, for ex). It does make a whirring noise, kind of like an A/C - but so much better than his snoring! sinuscones.com. not totally sure how they work for snoring but they completely open up your sinuses and allow you to breathe when sleeping [ Reply | More ]

same here! i noticed that when my dh sleeps on his side (completely on his side, not kind of on the side), he snores significantly less. try it. sleeping on the back is the worst for my dh...it's like he's sawing wood!!! gl. [ Reply | More ]
