put the time stamps back on every post. I suspect you're not doing that because you want the appearance of a robust site, and this way you can recycle the posts, but the reality is that most UBers keep the site open along with whatever else they're doing. And we recognize the older posts anyway because we've seen them. And it is ENORMOUSLY frustrating to engage in a conversation only to realize (because of the lack of activity) that it's not truly a "live" thread despite all appearances. I realize some of this is contradictory but the reality is that the "life" has gone out of the site. You tried to fix things that weren't broken IMO. (For example, no one actually stopped coming to UB because of the political posts. They just complained.) [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]
