We're starting to think about sleep-away camp for dd next year. We'd prefer to send her somewhere relatively close to home/NYC; maybe PA, NJ or NY state. Does anyone have any suggestions for camps to look at? A friend recommended Lake Bryn Mawr Camp in PA. http://www.campbrynmawr.com/ It looks great, but it's all-girls and dd is already at a ss ongoing, so we're thinking a co-ed camp might be a nice change. TIA! [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

NP: I was just going to suggest Echo Lake! I worked there in college and my DC are now campers (and counting the days until they leave for camp at the end of the month!). Other friends are happy at Walt Whitman and Indian Head. [ Reply | More ]
