dd will be 3 in late August, daycare has concerns re: speech .. live in Bergen Co... should I go thru EI or CPSE? What do I do for CPSE? [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

I don't live in Bergen, but in general they age out of EI at age 3. You could go through the process with an agency that provides both so that he can make the transition from one to the other. The whole process takes time anyway, so better to get started and see where they place you. For both you have to have psychological testing (IQ), speech, and perhaps a referral to an ENT.
