I think that bringing up therapy is less of an ego blow than if you end up cheating. It probably is the way to go, if only for your own peace of mind. It's definitely possible that he's just lost that spark, but it's also possible to get that back. [ Reply | More

One last bit of advice before I head off to bed. If it is this hard for you to talk about, maybe you should write it in a letter. If nothing else, it will help you frame your thoughts better for the conversation, and if you find the conversation really is too hard, than you can give him the letter. [ Reply | More

Don't know if you're still there... but I finally said something last night! & I got a nice surprise this morning + an apology for being neglected. At one point I said "I need attention from someone & if you don't want me to cheat" which I wish I didn't say, but he replied with "don't threaten me, I'm under a lot of stress...
