so how does this work? i have a 2 year old. babysitter is coming to watch him tonight for a few hours. i also have a 15 year old who is totally clueless with regard to childcare. the 15 year old obviously doesn't need a babysitter though. how do i tell the babysitter that she doesn't have to do anything for the older child?
