I bought the Stokke crib (the oval one) and was happy with my decision until it finally arrived -- missing two parts. I just got the first part last Friday after dealing with the retailer and Stokke for 4 weeks (they sent the wrong part again and messed up our address -- how hard is it to copy a name and address correctly??) and am STILL waiting for the second part to come it. I love the design but am completely unimpressed with their customer service - no attention to detail whatsoever. I called them with the exact part # that I needed, too. I can never understand how a company can continue to be successful if they keep messing up like this. I have enough spare parts to basically make another crib. [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

You are right - I was looking at the Gulliver online - $99!! But I honestly needed something that was small because we are in a 1-bed apt. I don't get it though - their CS SUCKS!!! [ Reply | More ]
