Question on RE: Thinking of starting to TTC this summer. I'm 33 and have pcos and have cysts on both ovaries - do not have normal periods. Should I go right to an RE for a consult and not waste time since I already have several factors against me? Any recos for RE's? Thanks! [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

That is the best approach for you, since you know you have issues. Find out which clinics are covered by your insurance and start there. Generally, the best NYC clinics are Cornell and NYU. [ Reply | More ]

Go to Cornell. It is great. You will not regret it. And yes go right to RE and start getting mointored etc even if it turns out you dont need help, you will not regret it. [ Reply | More ]

OP - My husband doesn't seem to get the time restraint thing. His comment was "can't you just freeze your eggs?" Ugh. [ Reply | More ]
