Recently found out I am pg with #3. I know I should be happier and more grateful than I am. All I feel is stress and anxiety. I felt this way when I found out I was pg with #2 and it faded when she was about 6 mos old. I feel as if I am not starting out this pg on the right foot. Anyone else BTDT? [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

were you trying? and yes, i felt like that when i got preg. for second time, and it freaked me out, and then i miscarried. so, i won't say careful what you wish for because that makes it seem like there's a causal relationshiop, and i think that's an annoying truism, but, i was sad that i wasn't having the baby once i wasn't. ok, sorry, that was all about me. what people told me during my anxiety was that they felt same way and then have never looked back once baby was born, they are really happy, and it all works out great. so, i'm sure it'll be that way for you too. never heard anyone say they regretted it. well I just found out that I am pg w/ #4. my #3 is only 6mo, so this is quite a surprise. I love my kids so much, and my #3 is such a delight, that I know I will love this baby as well. BUT I am bummed about the timing, and I know people will judge me. I wish I could just skip over the next 9mo or so and just get to enjoy my new db. [ Reply | More

that makes me feel better (i must be hormonal, it brought a tear to my eye!). I think I'd feel better about it all if this wasn't going to be my 4th c-sxn. I'm sure I'll be fine - OB commented on how well I healed while performing 3rd c-sxn. But it does weigh heavily on my mind. [ Reply | More

I widh you (and OP) were around when I found out about my third! It seems more and more common to have kids close in age. I know someone who had 4 c sections, and all was fine. Best of luck! [ Reply | More

Thank goodness, I am not great at "playing." I will say this, my 2nd was a better sleeper because I was a lot more at east with her....so I assume with subsequent babies it can only get better. [ Reply | More
