Anyone have trouble getting pg with #2 and just stop and stick with having only one dc? If so, do you feel you made the right choice? I am definitley not considering any fertility treatments and unsure when it's time to just call it quits and be happy with having one fabulous dd. [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

I thought I would be like you. Was just going to see if I'd get pg without trying too hard or not do it at all. But then I kept getting pregnant but having early m/c, it was torture. I had one mc earlier this year and nothing since. I think I would at least see if there were problems before completely giving up but definitely not up for much more than that. To be honest - I am head over heals in love with my dd and not 100% I want another. I feel like at this point I do want one but unsure if that is my just trying to get something accomplished side talking. dh definitely wants 2 but agrees that we don't want to do infertility treatments. Good luck with whatever you decide. After having #2, I realized life would have been complete with just #1 - your perfect family is whatever it happens to be. Couldn't see that in the thick of all the emotions (and desperately love #2 too, just to be clear). [ Reply | More
