anyone considering moving their dc from a regular school to a g&t at the second or third grade level? seems most ub posters are K, but what about the upper grades? [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

It's extremely hard to do. Those seats are only open if DCs leave the school, some years there may be a few openings in a few schools, other years they may not be any openings at all. [ Reply | More ]

true, but do you think it is good or bad for the dc. most of these programs are accelerated and the gap grows the older the dc is. [ Reply | More ]

Think that might change for next year, because of no 2nd round and no waitlists. There are going to be unfilled spots in all G&Ts, even if DOE over enrolled by a percentage. [ Reply | More ]
