Edgewood is less expensive, people there typically aren't as rich and the lots are smaller. (We used to live there.) Greenacres is closer to the train and "village" area, lots are larger. I don't know anything about the relative worth of their elementary schools. [ Reply | More

edgewood has the rep for being more down to earth; is also more ethnically diverse. greenacres is close to hartsdale train/village. both are lovely - can't go wrong. [ Reply | More
