Now that they've made placements will the DOE *FINALLY* honor my request to see my child's test? This is total BS. [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

all in due time. and don't worry, unless there is some technical error, it won't make a difference. if there is a technical error (wrong test, lost test) you will be granted a re-test and placed appropriately. [ Reply | More ]

Doubt there will be a retest. Just find it odd that they wouldn't allow people to see tests before placements. Would avoid a lot of headaches. But why would they do that? It's too logical for the DOE. [ Reply | More ]

why would the DOE want to cater to bitchy, whiny moms like you? Your kid bombed the test. Move on. It says absolutely nothing about your child, you know that right? Guess what, even really really smart kids can bomb a test when they're 4. [ Reply | More ]

1. My child didn't bomb the test - one subtest is entirely out of whack. 2. I know it says nothing about my child. 3. I didn't whine. We simply followed the protocol and sent in a written request as per DOE instructions. 4. WTF crawled up your ass? [ Reply | More ]

NP, but I think you're going to be in GREAT shape. They'll recalculate the BSRA and you'll have your pick of the empty spots at the top schools [ Reply | More ]

Got 99th percentile on BSRA. It was a part of the OLSAT. Looks like DC skipped the entire section. Or tester coded answers incorrectly. [ Reply | More ]

they have enough to do right now. makes sense to do it after placements. would only matter if there were a problem like lost test, wrong test assigned to a given kid, etc. no reason for them to do this in the middle of trying to get letters out [ Reply | More ]
