Okay new theory. How many who didn't get letters today emailed or called the DOE during this process and left any identifying information (or sent in more than one application)? I am thinking the PIAs were notified last! [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

No, we probably have a one inch thick file down at DOE and we did get our letter. Honestly, based on the posts here and on the yahoo bd, I don't think there's any rhyme or reason - I think the rest will come tomorrow [ Reply | More
