Need househunting advice. Looking in the burbs outside of a smaller city. Sort of like one area (they have older, more charming homes with larger properties, unlike the McMansions in another area), BUT....how do you tell the difference whether the area/residents are just down to earth (but still a little sophisticated although not ostentatious) as opposed to a bit hick-ish? Don't mean to sound like a snob at all, but don't know the area or anyone there and as we're looking at several areas, this would apply to all. Thanks for any insight. [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]
