ok really basic question- first time using formula after ebf- can i make it, then heat it up? or must i heat water first? or is heating totally unnecessary? also do you use regular tap water? [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

Heating is unnecessary -- just serve at room temp. Will make your life easier down the road, and fine for the baby (even a lactation consultant told me that serving cold breast milk from the refrigerator is fine). [ Reply | More ]
