We're there and have been for several years. The only grades that it was mostly eliminated for were 4 and 5. There is still one 4/5 class though. The only reason it was mostly ended for those grades was because of the burden of test prep on the teachers for both grades. I think the principal really felt that kids were getting screwed out of the more academic middle schools because a lack of test prep. There are so many benefits to the blended classes and the school is committed to it. Board of Ed would like to eliminate it because they like everything to be mediocre and the same. [ Reply | More
