Someone else posted they taped the letter to her door. I bet the DOE is also sending letters via postal mail and these hand-delivered notices are 1) for redundancy, and 2) to minimize the differences in how long people have to wait to hear. [ Reply | More

I wouldn't guess that they are sending duplicate letters. They are hand delivering b/c the deadline is this Friday and postal mail may not be dependable. [ Reply | More
