Did anyone BF and feed formula? We've been doing doing this with 2 week old and I'm hoping the BF won't phase out but thinking I don't want to EBF. [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

I always supplemented the midnight feed so I could get 5 hours of straight sleep. Sometimes I'd wake up around 2am needing to pump (DB would still be asleep), but then my body got used to it. Worked well for us, DB was fine with both breast and bottle. [ Reply | More

I did. I had supply issues and we had to supplement. It was a pain sometimes but it did give us the flexibility to do certain things. Not a big deal really. Just make sure to nurse or pump enough to keep your supply up [ Reply | More
