WWYD? We bought and moved into our home nearly 2 years ago. We still get mail for several of the former residents; it got down to mostly junk, but there were a couple of more important-looking pieces. Every once in a while, someone comes by and picks up the mail we'd set aside, apologizing for all the trouble, etc. Last time, I told them we weren't keeping it anymore, that it had been plenty of time for everyone to call the DMV, etc, and that I wasn't comfortable with anyone using this address who doesn't live here (and pay me rent). Today there are two final DMV notices, addressed to this guy's wife, probably relating to some old unpaid moving violations. Do we let the car get impounded/license revoked? We warned them for months to change her DMV address, and frankly, what kind of idiot needs someone to tell them to do that? [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

OP - no, they don't have kids afaik. She's probably just thinking the DMV "can't catch her" if they have the wrong address. She's kind of a trashy dumbass. [ Reply | More
